We keep the cloud cover in for Wednesday before the bigger chance of rain moves into the region for the end of next week. Rain showers are expected to move back into the region by late Thursday afternoon and into Thursday evening. Rain sticks around into the end of the week as well.. #MIWX

Our next chance of rain and snow showers moves into the region looking ahead into our Tuesday. We're going to watch a disturbance move south of the region, but as of Sunday morning, it looks like we will be on the northern edge of the precipitation. So, we'll keep a few rain & snow showers around..

While we have our northwesterly flow kicking in, helping to bring in the colder temperatures throughout the day, high pressure off to the west over the Midwest will keep us dry today and into Monday. Expect temperatures well below freezing overnight tonight... #MIWX

Now that the cold front has moved through the region, temperatures are running about 5-15 degrees colder than they were early on Saturday morning. Expect the colder temperatures to stick around, looking ahead into at least the next few days... #MIWX

With the low-pressure center from Saturday moving off to the east overnight, we have a Northwesterly flow kicking in today, and that could bring an isolated rain shower or flurry into Sanilac, St. Clair, and Northeastern Lapeer Counties. The rest of us will see plenty of sunshine! #MIWX

GUSTY WINDS ONCE AGAIN: For the second day in a row, we've had gusty winds sticking around the region. At 11:00 PM on Tuesday Night, winds were sustained around 15-20 MPH, with gusts closing in 30 MPH in some locations. Once more day of the gusty winds tomorrow... #MIWX
