I hadn't seen my grandparents from my mom's side for over 4 years. My granddad has reached that phase of life where all he talks about is his childhood, or his golden days being a football player. And it's making me really sad tbh.

Amo quando tenho de enfrentar meu medo de carros e hospitais pra acompanhar minha avó em uma consulta pré operatória, e antes mesmo de sair de casa descubro que:
1- a consulta é no hospital que criou meu trauma de hospitais.
2- acabaram de bater no carro que vou nele, estando ESTACIONADO.

First of all, it has been decades, so people don't even think about it anymore. But second, the amount of random QR code I see people scanning around, this is super funny.

Back in 2013, when my brother was 1 year old, he would only fall asleep listening to Iron and Wine's Jezebel. He would sleep for hours with it on repeat.
Now, 11 years later, he came over for a sleepover and couldn't sleep. I played the song, he fell asleep before the song was over. So cute.
