The killing of Kirk is totally reprehensible. Not only is it wrong on the every level, it also does not serve the defense of democracy. I fear that trump will use this to his own ends.

The more I hear about the absolute failure of every level of local, state, and national response to the flooding, just pisses me off. This could have been prevented. It didn't have to happen. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm a committed progressive living 15 mi away. People who say we deserve this are wrong & demonstrate that a-holes are not limited to the ultra right. The people impacted are hurting and they need our help. I'm proud of the response from our community - regardless if I agree with them politically.

And our intelligence allies probably won’t share intel with us. Because people couldn’t vote for a woman.
