I believe we will now enter the next phase of wasting time & money to determine if 18 USC 3288 applies when the indictment "dismissed", was not secured by a valid appointment, thereby raising the issue if Comey was in fact indicted at all.

Just an FYI bc it seems no one pays attention - Since Trump deployed the national guard in DC there have been 22 homicides. Annually that makes for a Homicide Rate of 12.6 per 100k.
Thats approx 50% HIGHER than just the Bronx NY last yr @ 8.8

The project was touted by Andrew Cuomo over a DECADE ago, Its only 4 new stations along an EXISTING commuter rail line & it is now up to $3B and delayed to 2030 (ground breaking was in 2022). 4 stations!!!!

Im shocked by SCt ruling on ICE patrols in CA. I keep thinking there must be something in facts or law I am missing to justify stops where primary reasonable suspicion is race. And then I remember there is no justification provided and I realize the country and constitution used to revere are dead
