Think I found some calcite as opposed to selenite . There is some confusion on identification. I will try to get some super sharp photos but both can be found on the beaches of the British Isles.....

Love the sharp cut off between the sea weed and the pebbles .
Slowly in the magazine we will be finding out more about what types of sea weed we can find on British isles Beaches and how to identify them .

Oops the sun bleached out the word "comber"but I still like this photo. If I am not beachcombing, or writing or photographing beach stuff, I am gardening or foraging. In all three hobbies, local knowledge is key !
