The kid came up to hang out with us yesterday for no real reason (we didn't watch the game - just movies) - she just wanted to hang out.
My first thought was "wow - we must be pretty awesome parents", but then realized "she must be thinking we're getting old and don't have much time left..."

Well, my first attempt at making Yorkshire pudding was a massive failure because I forgot that I live at 6250ft elevation, so nothing puffed up like it was supposed to.
