I successfully pulled down all the heavy-ass Xmas decorations from the rafters in the garage without adult supervision and am proud to report that no bones were broken and no digits/limbs have been lost.
I did my part, now it's up to the girls to make all that shit look festive tomorrow.

Offer letter signed. Been trying to get my foot in the door at this company for 10 years now. The role I just landed is the perfect fit with a big-ass bonus and insane benefits. It's taken 6 months to get to this point and I have to wait another 8 weeks to start.

Every time I watch some documentary about the Revolution or other piece of the same period (as I am now with the latest Ken Burns joint), I am again reminded that the "long-s" was dumb.
