Read Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She warned that without codify abortion laws that they were vulnerable to being struck down. Currently the laws are so vague that doctors fear to act. White maternal deaths rose 95% after abortion care bans came into effect in Texas. Dems were warned and they failed to act.
