Retail person. Poet and poetry host. Failed novelist. Jam maker. Cook. Made In Chelsea live funny flutter(?) along. Music. Politics without tin foil hats. Nature, music and fashion, old punk, Clash, Idles and Libertines. Bite me.
Well, it was great fun being on radio 4 “Call You and Yours” this morning. I do like Winifred Robinson.

I can thoroughly recommend a visit to Apsley House in London, home to the Dukes of Wellington. An incredible house with wonderful artefacts, including the iconic portrait of the first Duke.

Zelensky will do what he needs to. Fuck Trump! Ukraine has held it down, the EU has Ukraine’s back. This will backfire and blow up in the orange clown’s face. #SlavaUkraini 🇺🇦 Ukraine is the resistance our forefathers wanted, and our grandfathers fought for in WWII. Ukraine existed before Russia

Russia targets civilians, Ukraine targets military targets. This war is as binary as it gets, Russia are the bad guys invading their neighbours and Ukraine are the good guy defending their homeland. If you stand by Russia, you stand by evil.

Russia has carried out more terrorist attacks on Kyiv, Ukraine, even targeting first responders who were trying to save victims. This is what Ukraine endures daily.

Ukraine hits military equipment with 0 civilian casualties, Russia hits innocent men, women and children.

Imagine if all the arts people uploaded tons of nonsensical, truly awful things onto the internet, so that AI would learn rubbish. Might save the Arts.

Things that were glamorous when I was a kid, but you hardly see any more: 1. Waterskiing. Don’t come at me with jet skis. They have a terrible lads’ weekend vibe.

Who is your favourite English/Scottish/Welsh/Irish author? Mine varies, but it’s probably Saki at the moment. Interested to hear people’s picks.

I think Andrew Tate’s problem is that he watched too many episodes of “Cheers” with the loathsome character Henri in them! 😆

Well the world may be going to hell in a handcart but here in the UK we have glorious sunshine, blossom on the trees, spring flowers and birds singing. You can take a break and revel in the beauty of nature.
