A gang of us travelled from Brighton yesterday to support the anti-racist demo in Newhaven. About 300 people joined the ‘Everybody’s Haven’ march which wound around the town centre before finishing with a rally and music at the bandstand on Denton Island.

MB Roofing have been putting up union jack flags all over Brighton, tearing down flags saying 'everyone welcome' and intimidating people who object. All while wearing their work uniforms and driving around in their branded vans.

On Thursday evening under cover of night, racists snuck into our city to litter our streets with British and English flags: a pathetic effort to stoke fear and intimidate our community. By this afternoon dozens of Brightonians had worked together to take them all down. Brighton is antifascist.

The transphobe Posey Parker and "Let Women Speak" are coming to Worthing on Saturday to preach their hate.
