Our furnace is going on 17 years & needs replacing. The company I use for electrical work also installs furnaces. Got a quote & a lot of additional quotes for items not needed.

Waiting for the sun to warm up before I spread pre emergent on my neighbors lawn then take half an inch off my lawn today. By the time April arrives it needs to be half an inch high. It’s at 3 inches high now. Masking up as the pine pollen is high! 🤧
