Tulsi Gabbard, had no reason to be involved in the Georgia Elections Warrant being issued. We can now assume that the Ballots from Fulton County have been tampered with. Gabbard was not listed in the chain of command, and she was left alone with the Ballots. This is Not the Norm in this Ballot grab.
