Spotify suggested a song and I liked it, and then found out it was AI, which speaks to both how tricky it's getting to tell but probably also how bad my taste in music is.

A blessed day as my supervisor is going to allow me to let Tuesday be the day I work from home once the company goes back to four days in the office schedule next year. Basically they want everyone to stay home Monday or Friday but that's not very helpful for me.

I have a ticket for the Thursday November 20th showing of Looking for Mr Goodbar at the Los Feliz 3 up for grabs if anyone needs one! It is sold out. But it is also the same night as trivia, which I missed last month, so one of you can fill my seat.

I wonder if the reason I get so sentimental (read: very choosy) when it comes to throwing stuff out is because I can't smell. That is the way that a lot of people access memories, and I don't have it. So physical objects that remind me of this or that take on more importance than they should.

Weird moment, I am reading The Outsider from Stephen King and it's mentioned that Terry Maitland watches Ozark.
Years later, Terry Maitland was played by Jason Bateman, star of Ozark.
If I read the book when it came out I wouldn't have thought anything of it. Now it seems like a dumb in-joke.

Drove nearly 3 hours round trip today to buy one of the older Lego Winter sets I was missing. Now I only need one more (a cottage from 2012) and I'll have them all. Only then will my life be fulfilled.

It's so lonely being the only person who had fun with The Predator. Probably because I just don't really care about this series that much? Like the way the people who don't really like slashers consider Halloween 3 the best one?
