We totally agree. We make ours with Marshfield Farms’ vanilla and clotted cream ice cream with Blend 34 from @bluejcoffee.bsky.social absolutely delicious 👍

In case you’re not sure why the NHS isn’t working any more, it’s because the service is being slowly dismantled by politicians who are turning it into a cash cow for private companies, starving it of resource so it doesn’t work properly, and enabling the private sector to expand rapidly 🚨
