Tonight at 21:30 Belgian nuclear reactor Doel 2 (445MW) will be shut down. Doel 2 is the last of 5 reactors that were stopped. It's old and uneconomical to bring up to safety standards.
Tihange 3 and Doel 4 (2GW together) were extended for 10y.

Requiring datacenters to be flexible is a fix being deployed already in US states. FERC subsequently translating it to flexible connection agreements, an instrument available for use in EU already today. Interesting.
