Hi Bluesky!
I research hormones and cognition, currently in Leipzig.
Also trying my best to increase communication between scientists & the public (My own lil corner at least!)
Here's photos of a festival I organised: We invited scientists, musicians & artists to participate non-hierarchically

The Gender Equality Plan @mpicbs.bsky.social is finally presented! It was a pleasure and empowering team effort to draft it with Anahit Babayan, @ndherzog.bsky.social and @braincox.bsky.social. Thanks also to current EO Officer Karina Naethe (shorturl.at/VbNda) for sharing the stage with me! 🔥💜

Is one of your NYE resolutions to do more scicomm? I’ve done a bunch! Here’s a fun list of ways to get involved. Scicomm is invaluable 1) It is our duty to share our findings 2) breaking down & distilling our science can help us to understand it better 3) give us fresh perspectives/motivation.

I love this little Symposium!
It is MAD cheap, and a great opportunity for younger researchers to present for the first time & ask questions without scrutiny.
Despite it's small size they always manage to get a fantastic list of keynotes, so the networking is great also!
📣 Come join us for the #MindBrainBody Symposium 2025!

📆 March 10-12, 2025
📍 Berlin & online

Keynotes:

- Nadine Gogolla
- Maria Ribeiro @ribeironeuro.bsky.social
- Markus Ullsperger
