This is what a constitutional expert is telling people in Minnesota: ICE does not have the right to pull people out of their cars, despite the fact that they are doing just that.
We've seen this before and hopefully Americans will react by rejecting how ICE is behaving as their actions become more outrageous and more like police assaulting civil rights activists in the 1960s.

This is the direct result of SCOTUS granting immunity to Trump and telling him that the DoJ must follow his orders to prosecute his political opponents. We should be holding Roberts accountable.

Anyone notice that when Trump was blowing up Venezuelan boats at sea, it was a "military operation." But when he attacked Venezuela and captured its president, it suddenly became a "law enforcement operation"?? How does that work?

Hmmm... I thought under our "Dear Leader" we were no longer going to be the world's "policemen"??? I hope protesters in Iran know that he really isn't supporting them. Remember he posted about dropping excrement on American protesters only a short time ago.

Just watched "A House of Dynamite". Interesting but implausible scenario of a "bolt from the blue" with no warning. There would most likely be a political crisis before any attack, but the movie correctly shows the insanity of the short timeline involved. Worth watching all the same.

Are we on the verge of going to war without Congress saying anything or demanding accountability? When will Congress do its job? The Constitution says only Congress can declare war, period.
