It's not historical and her cleavage is exposed but at least she can move in it. She is wearing that over a dark grey long sleeve dress and clawed leather gloves. The claws match her jewelry, including earrings, bracelets and a torque, in being made of a brass looking metal and spikey. She is nonchalantly holding her greatsword onto her shoulder, a big mean looking thing with a straight wide and quadruple fullered blade.

falmer armor
the bristles are designed to make the armor less noisy, which is very important for falmer warfare (and general spatial awareness of the wearer)
the helmet is outfitted with sound-catching bowls, which can be removed if needed
