I like to think that the reason falmer are never seen using any dwemer things is that they consider dwarves a great and ancient evil, and their works an abomination. The few tribes that adopt dwemer tech are feared and hated by the others.

fairy paladin (meant to be a hero unit for the fairy rts, they're about 3-4 times the size of a sprite)
