A disturbing part of game design is looking at a mechanic or design so good it makes you wonder how many decades of learning you will need before you can create something on that level.

My angels have so much energy and curiosity. I never look at them without being enchanted.
They are quite aggressive, but the wide space, thick plants, and crystal water keep them very comfortable. They get along well.

I've played a ton of card games competitively, including control, for most of my life to establish BG for this take;

I run into a lot of AI bros. They want exceptional qualities to become obsolete so that their mediocrity will be more valuable. Of course I repeatedly disappoint them.

I've kept a lot of fish and I think bettas are actually very fragile and frail fish. It saddens me how weak their genetics are and how small health problems or senescence can quickly cause them to suffer even with best possible husbandry.
