Last week, I led a parliamentary debate on transparency in the British Overseas Territories. There is still too much dirty money, tax dodging and sanctions evasion happening through these territories – we need maximum transparency as soon as possible.

I always said that no one gets killed outside of 🇷🇺for merely opposing Putin. Those who knew details of his criminal finances and were about to disclose them or had already done so - only those are killed on his orders. With Scripal it wasn’t immediately obvious what he knew - now it is revealed:
