Last note: let's keep fucking fighting. This admin will continue to slide us backwards, so it really will come down to constant vigilance by US. We DO have wins, let's push to make sure we get more and keep our eyes on the real issues so clearly before us.

Yelling into void here: I think the Senate agreement is 50/50, disappointing but not a total end of world scenario like I see a lot online right now. I want more fight for sure (vote when you can), however GOP was never going to lower their demands on ACA.

From a human standpoint: solidarity/connection gives hope. Why be afraid if you're backed by MILLIONS of others who have your back? You don't have to acquiesce. It's that hope that drives people to get more involved and create change: legislative/local/social. And that's why large protests work.

Answering a question someone asked: no matter who or what administration in whatever country, protests are tangible means of public pressure. Pressure matters because it shows elected officials they're job is on the line or gone. They SEE it. Which means they lose money. Money talks.

Schumer needs to be taken out of his duties as minority leader and primaried out of office, full stop. The same goes for the other 9 senators that forfeited their right to call themselves representatives of their constituents by literally ignoring them.
