Eileen is right! As a reader, I know this from experience. As an editor, I can confirm that all books do have a few errors. But as long as they don't interfere with the enjoyment of the story, they can be forgiven.
If the reader feels lost because of an overcomplicated plot, overly long descriptions, or sentences that are so convoluted they have no idea what they read, you'll lose them.
