remembering the time when I was 8 or 9 years old and found an image sorta like this one while browsing the web on a school computer and a couple days later I had the idea to print it out, cut out each one, and then sell them for a quarter each

Increasingly I feel like I favor furry because it espouses the idea that humans, for all our mastery over nature, are still animals. We need to nap and wander and frolic and utter strange noises. Tbh yeah this is true. Twitter just became such a toxic place that it wasn't enjoyable anymore. It fed into my anxiety and I hated it.
Any site that promotes likes over genuine connection and community is not one I use anymore, since I know my worth is more than that.
