To emphasize Josh's request: If you have definite statements from Senators on their CLOTURE votes, share them at talkingpointsmemo dot com. I enjoy reading these responses. While I call it hope-scrolling, I'd prefer to see Josh's tally for a more accurate overview.
The terrain has changed significantly. I'm trying to collect together clear statements from senators on how they will vote on cloture, that specific thing. There are a ton out there. I need help pulling them together in a new tally list. any you have please send to talk at talkingpointsmemo dot com

I'm extremely disappointed in Dick Durbin's desire to repeal it.
I wrote section 230 to protect the little guys and the upstarts like Bluesky. Repealing section 230 only helps Meta, Musk, and Donald Trump.
