For the Shayden / Tharon Studios Discord/Google hacker saga
I made a Summery of likely events the hacker has taken and actions victims and friends of victims should take to spread the word and stay safe. Not all the information is there so please refer to the thread for more details and pictures!
Tharon Studios made a youtube channel back on 2/6/25, They uploaded a stolen video on 8/12/25 (2 days before your reddit post), made it unlisted, the description on the video and website(s) is ripped from the game they stole it from changing the name in later iterations. They have used the SAME video link changing the description and title every week or so creating new web domains after being suspended from itchio in August or September. They RENAMED the youtube channel from Tharon Studios to Shayden Studios keeping the same Unlisted video and continuing the scam through October. on 10/22 They made a NEW channel under the original name Tharon Studios uploaded the SAME stolen video, but its public. The "game"/video's title already has a web domain to an identical scam site. While the Video itself has no description. The User avatar is the same on both accounts. The video is the same baring the title and the description. For how they do the hack, I assume they send a message in public servers and DM people in server and friend lists. They mainly use Chat reply bots to puppet the stolen discord accounts to spread the malware links out, but they have also tried to message the same people again if left ignored, as well as message VICTIMS again without knowing they are victims. Normally when a user is hacked by this group they take control of ALL of the users Emails and discord account, they then leave atleast 1 open to talk to the victim and try to ransom money out of them, threatening blackmail or deletion of the accounts. Some users using none google emails seem to be more fortunate to get their accounts back, while google accounts seem to fail (this may need citation I only have confirmed evidence of none google accounts being recovered) The only reason one victim was Dmed again by their OWN original hacked account not to ransom them, (but as if the bot was talking to a new mark) was because the hacked account was still in a discord server that the victim rejoined. There are a few things people NEED to do, If you get a Sus DM or see a Sus link to a site for a game in a server. Hold off from replying and tell a server mod respectively! If its a DM try to contact the friend on other sites (mainly none google linked ones as those would be compromised in most cases). If they send a link to a site, click the 3 dots on the message, REPORT THE MESSAGE WITH THE LINK as "Something else" then chose "hacks, cheats, phishing or malicious links"! After spread the word tell any mutual friends, and servers you share with the hacked account so that they can be blocked and kicked from the servers and cut off that account from harming more people! Also when you tell a mod/friend ask them to do the same because they may share servers/friends that you don't share with the hacked account and then they can help spare other servers and possible victims from that hacked account! IF YOU ARE HACKED Take a deep breath, Do not respond to the hacker if they try to reach out, if you can try to transfer accounts to a new email it is advised you do it on a separate device from the one the 'game' was downloaded from! Some Websites may ask the original email for confirmation if you try to manually change the email address, in that case you may need to reach out to the support team of the respective sites (Some sites are more swift then others). If your bank accounts are linked to your email, but not yet compromised CONTACT YOUR BANK by telephone or in person if needed! Most of all IF you manage to recover your Discord/ email accounts PLEASE SHARE HOW This way you can help others better than I can and hopefully give hope to folks who are waiting and worried!

God the "I can help you" bots are going at it.

If you say you or someone was hacked even if it was a few days ago or so you're likely to get a bot saying.

"I may can help you, email wife <;-good help yes! Got account :,before back;. now!"

Just Reply Slop that should be reported as spam/scam

SO over the past month there has been a Google Account Hacker using discord,a youtube channel, a stolen Game trailer, and any hacked discord accounts to STEAL USER'S GMAIL, GOOGLE, & DISCORD ACCOUNTS!

My close friend made a game and he needs my help to find testers, and i promised him.. Can you try it for like 10 - 15 minutes? Then a Link to a youtube channel Shayden Studios to a video of a stolen metroidvania game trailer on an unlisted video will be sent to show off the game. (current game title is luzerus, but has been named Liviruz and Laveruz (ie the Virus, yes they are really that scummy) Messages normally start with "Hey!" (waiting for you to respond They will then send the trailer with the blurb in the first picture on this post) if you say "sure" or say your busy they will eventually send you a link to a site with the CURRENT name on the video (the sites name has been changed the same as the video but this is the CURRENT NAME as of 10/24/2025 "Luzarus") If you DIDN'T respond or BLOCK the hacked account and they didn't delete the hacked account (which they have deleted some Gmail accounts) then they may respond as they did above.

Do not impliment the AI auto clip tool Twitch has implemented a sign up for an AI alpha auto clip tool. This is very unethical in many ways to not just content creation but also to things outside content creation. I ask twitch to remove this sign up and not engage in any use of AI when it comes to content creation. Facts about AI usage Google’s single Iowa data center alone consumed 1 billion gallons of water in 2024. The first way AI uses water is for cooling. Data centers run thousands of powerful computers around the clock. As these machines crunch numbers and manage data, they generate a lot of heat. To keep everything running smoothly, water is often used in cooling systems. This can mean circulating water through pipes to absorb heat or using evaporative cooling towers that release warm air. Ai is trained to use already created content for training with out user consent. This has already been happening on social media. Twitch's AI clip tool ''claims'' they will not use user generated clips with out consent for training to assume what constitutes as high engagement moments for clip creation. AI data centers now generate 2.5–3.7% of global greenhouse gas emissions, officially surpassing the aviation industry’s 2% contribution while growing 15% annually. It is very important that people speak up and say no to the AI clip tool especially partners and ambassadors as this tool is very harmful to the community. Turning it off as an option is not enough.
