can we get some clarity? are noncompeting renewals for #NIHgrants pulled? New grants? is the 'Plan for Enhancing Diverse Perspectives' specifically searched? Are study sections happening? Who does the searches and who makes the decision not to pay? Does anyone know? @jeremymberg.bsky.social ?
