Someone should ask why Buch and Schenn keep getting so much ice time when they aren't producing. And why Snuggeruud didn't get on the ice during OT but two of the slowest guys on the team were on the ice at the same time 3-on-3.

Looking at the stats for the game, Schenn got the 3rd most ice time of the forwards. Explain why? He's played bad all season and that time needs to go to a player with actual upside. Is DA gonna have to trade him to stop Monty from playing him so much?

Man, that Buch contract looks worse and worse every game. 7 points in 19 games and he looks lost out there most night.
Monty on OT goal: "We doubled up in the corner (with Buchnevich/Broberg on Tavares) and we weren't able to win the battle. I know it's a high-end player (Tavares) but we've got to win the battle. We had won a lot of battles during the game and that was one that cost us the game."

Maybe the Blues should try a players' only meeting. But that would require leadership and I am not sure this team has it.
Wild won 3 of their first 12 games. Are 6-1-1 since Jared Spurgeon's players' only meeting and are now tied with 22 points with Winnipeg, Chicago and Vegas, who are above playoff threshold and played two fewer games.
