ughhhh i think im falling into a book slump which sucks so bad bc i am 7 books from my reading goal but just like nothing seems all that interesting to me like all the books on my tbr just seem so blah i want to read something that i know is going to be good

this might not be a hot take but i feel the wicked movie sat in the emotional scenes which added so much to it. i feel like the musical moves past them pretty quickly to remain funny and lighthearted but the movie really took time to sit in them and i really enjoyed that

i wish they did mean girls the musical the movie the same way they did wicked the musical the movie. the mean girls musical movie abandoned so much of what made the musical special and they changed too much its not a good adaptation it makes me so sad
