Let's hear it for our volunteers who have been vacuuming and @nocturnalplant.bsky.social who has been running the rug doctor for nearly two days on the second floor. We're not realistically opening up there for two years... we just really really really want the new #museum building to be clean!

Dude. We're right here, we already have that stuff hanging on the wall, and we're still cool to visit. 😜
Cracker Barrel is updating their stores because no one is around anymore to tell us what this or that farming implement hanging on the wall was for. I think now they should replace that stuff with SCSI adapters and token ring cards and Jaz drives and 8" floppies.

![Even though we have a lot more to do, clean, paint, etc, I'm excited to say that we finally got the green light to enter and start moving in about two weeks ago. To boot, when we got the OK, we already had two truckloads basically ready to go. What size truckload? So glad you asked...

Yep, a 53 foot dry van. And that's 25 pallets in front of it. We filled it to the brim with computers, games, and tech to go in the museum. But here's where it gets real - we're going to be able to fill three of these, maybe four. We delivered the second one yesterday; here's a picture of Brendan, who is forklift-certified, getting pallets off of a truck.
