Captain M'Kano of the USS Appomattox. She was born in 2354 aboard a Caitian transport bound for a new colony. Starfleet discovered the vessel adrift. Logs revealed the ship had been boarded by unknown assailants and the crew wiped out. M'Kano was discovered hidden away by the away team.

I'm actually really disappointed in Fanhome right now. I was really excited about that model. To have my order cancelled without so much as an email about it is shockingly unprofessional.

for anyone who might be getting into World of Warships, here's a tip:
Don't take your karma rating seriously. people are quick to report but slow to compliment. Especially these days. There are a lot of A-holes that will just report you because they're annoyed with the match in general.

something positive about Star Trek Discovery I will freely admit:
The Federation ship design was good. Most of the Starfleet ships looked pretty good. My only wish in that regard is that the interiors not look like ultra-reflective low lighting hell lol

playing the Discovery missions in STO is a fascinating experience because the gameplay is fun but then you get hit with dialogue like "Ow! Disruptors hurt!" (actual line of dialogue, not joking)

watching the mirror universe episodes just reignites my annoyance at Discovery redesigning everything lol
Enterprise showed the TOS Connie the way it originally was and it was fine.

Quick note: this is STO timeline M'Kano. My personal timeline goes pretty differently around 2405 or so.
After the Dominion War, M'Kano was promoted and transferred to the Sovereign Class USS Pharaoh as the ship's Tactical Officer, Eventually taking the position of Captain of the ship in 2394. in 2409, The Pharaoh was lost in an attack on Earth by the Undine.

Following the Iconian War and issues with the Mirror Universe, some Odyssey Class vessels received a major overhaul into more combat focused vessels. The USS Appomattox was slated to receive this overhaul. However, because she wasn't as heavily damaged as her sisters, she didn't get the full package
