This could be the beginnings of a national Learning Health System for Korea. Due to control of public health data by diverse private interesrs, the U.S. will probably never develop anything that unifies public health information infrasctucture.

If States are prohibited from making laws controlling development or deployment of AI technology, then only the Federal government can. When the Democratic Party takes control of Congress next year, we'll have consistent law rather than a patchwork.

UnitedHealthCare ownes Optum and spent $1B acquiring nH Predict. Personal Digital Health monitoring watches, rings, scales, ... and Hexoskins have been around for a decade. Many have FDA approval.

Now consider the alternative investment in technology which monitors the patient's health status evidence in real time and feeds this to a machine learning AI integrated with the same ~10M patient heath records used to train nH Predict. All standard and available technology, some assembly required.
