At its most fundamental level, a learning health system applies an approach wherein science, informatics, incentives, and culture are aligned to support continuous improvement and innovation, and to seamlessly embed knowledge and best practices into care delivery.

This could be the beginnings of a national Learning Health System for Korea. Due to control of public health data by diverse private interesrs, the U.S. will probably never develop anything that unifies public health information infrasctucture.

This could be the beginnings of a national Learning Health System for Korea. Due to control of public health data by diverse private interesrs, the U.S. will probably never develop anything that unifies public health information infrasctucture.

If States are prohibited from making laws controlling development or deployment of AI technology, then only the Federal government can. When the Democratic Party takes control of Congress next year, we'll have consistent law rather than a patchwork.
