As someone who is on day 4 of writing a narrative CV that will only be usable once (tailored to call), don't even get me started on the impacts on researcher time (again worsening biases rather than addressing them).

Finally took the plunge and de-activated the Xitter account after 12+ years of use. Hoping this new platform can offer the kinds of dialogue, sharing and sense of connectedness we used to enjoy "over there"!
