The tariffs Canada charges on US dairy imports are equal to the SUBSIDIES the US pays dairy farmers.
Without those subsidies, a gallon of milk in the USA would cost about $6, not $3.60 as it currently costs (it was under $3/gallon a year ago - Thanks, TRUMP!).
