Black women remain the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs.

Black women were also paid 64 cents for every dollar paid to non-Hispanic white men in 2023.

DEI cuts are happening, but if you look at LinkedIn Jobs, it tells another story. There are still DEI roles being posted, and from some pretty big companies.

Here’s some analysis on which postings felt real and based on historic data, whether Black people will benefit.

2) Even Costco, who stood firm and shareholders voted for DEI, is still not safe.

3) It’s not just MAGA boycotts, it’s litigious.

4) Robby Starbuck is wielding 700K+ followers, who are ready to rally.
