I don’t think I’ve been to enough concerts. I went to a show last night and witnessed the musician bring a volunteer onstage to perform a duet with them for the first time. It was spectacular!

The FDA announced a ban on the synthetic food dye Red 3, citing significant health risks. The dye is a common additive to many candies, beverages, baked goods, cereals, maraschino cherries and gelatin desserts, as well as certain medications, syrups and cosmetics.
