People… no DMs really means NO DMs!!! I have been nice. I have given warnings. But now I’m just blocking. When someone says “no DMs” in profile AND tells you that when yo DM then anyway (three times), it’s rude. Unless you know me or we chatted via DM on Twitter… no DMs

Our 1787 Constitution became law 237 yrs ago today when NH ratified it June 21, 1788, because Article VII made that new Constitution binding in all 13 states once the 9th ratified it, superseding Article XIII of the Articles of Confederation, which had impossibly required unanimity for every change.

I spent half of the past week in Harrisburg (annual criminal defense seminar… ALWAYS fantastic). The best presentation was part of yesterday’s capital training track: deep fake videos and how to manage the litigation. I knew these existed, but DAMN!!! We all need to be aware that Big Brother is real

It was better the second time. I can’t believe that after seeing Wicked 13 times on stage that I could possibly embrace the movie more. But on the second viewing tonight, I found more details, more beauty. And my husband, usually stoic, was blown away. #Wicked
