In light of the forthcoming Digital Omnibus, we have sent a letter to @hennavirkkunen expressing our concerns about the risks of deregulation and weakening of the EU’s digital legal framework. The Digital Omnibus should reinforce, rather than relaxe, the integrity of the EU’s digital legal order.

In light of the forthcoming Digital Omnibus, we have sent a letter to @hennavirkkunen expressing our concerns about the risks of deregulation and weakening of the EU’s digital legal framework. The Digital Omnibus should reinforce, rather than relaxe, the integrity of the EU’s digital legal order.

CSA Regulation deadlock puts ePrivacy at risk! Council should have adopted a position on the CSA regulation years ago. Meanwhile, the COM introduced a highly intrusive derogation from the ePrivacy-Directive, compromising confidentiality of communications, expiring in April. My questions to the COM:
