Just another netizen, now on my third home.
Remind me again what this stuff is good for besides crime? Crypto returns its holders to a world before banks, except worse, because you can be identified and targeted by anyone in the world with sufficient hacking skill.

Fuck you people. Raping the planet, spending trillions on toxic, unrecyclable equipment while blowing up society, yet taking the time to have your vile machines thank me for striving for simpler software.

Just fuck you. Fuck you all.

I can't remember the last time I was this angry.

A functioning Congress will have articles of impeachment drafted by the end of the day.

Our Congress will just go to social media to basically say “We don’t like this, but what are you gonna do?”

NYT returns to character assassination. Note the framing, which implies Mandani targeted Israel exec orders when in fact, it was all orders after Adam’s was hopelessly compromised by indictment and bending a knee to the Trump admin.

I was wondering what Mamdani's first executive order would be, and I'm not disappointed by this.

He has wiped off the books EVERY Eric Adams executive order issued on or after September 26, 2024, the day Adams was indicted on federal bribery charges.

NYT literal both sideism. One article that talks about her racist history, and this one, which pretends that the only thing that matters was her impact on notions of beauty.

She was virulently racist, homophobic and anti-Muslim, and that makes her ugly.

Article blames playoffs for the death of the college football bowls. But I’d equally blame the utter sellout of the bowls themselves that gave us the “Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl”.

No one remembers that. No one knows where it is played. No one cares.

The road from Seattle to Steven Pass ski area was partially destroyed by flooding. Epic/Vail is denying all pass holders, even ones who declared it to be their home resort any refund or credit. Instead they suggest 180 mile detour with 3 mountain passes to approach from the other side.

Not, not the executive who refused to bribe them. It was the owner, who demanded a stadium paid for by someone else but with all the revenue flowing to the team. Plus a mixed use area so the team can make even more money. States and cities need to stop this.

Besides the grammatical incompetence—2 “the”s, using memorial center for someone whos still alive)—they not only botched the typeface, they botched the font weight (how bold or heavy), which is why it looks strangely scrawny.
