it is insane how for a time on twitter people were INSISTENT that nsfw artists needed to be kept under constant surveillance and every single time they'd be shocked when the artists who were called out for actual sex crimes were the quirky PG-13 cartoon guys who were always in the vicinity of kids
A lot of people on the left fail to reckon their role in making all the paypros stuff worsen, all the porn moral panics hit state and national legislatures. Like, yeah, a culture of treating goonery shit as indefensible created this current climate of social and financial censorship
