What if we replaced "How do we keep AI out of the classroom?" with "How do we teach AI as a tool rather than a crutch?"

My jaw dropped when I saw this in my search results.

Thinking about the so-called Google effect and how it results in the formation of source memory over content memory.

I wonder if this renders online and app-based learning less effective, because the brain is storing where to find the information instead of the inform itself.

This cannot be universally true:

“The decision to use English as the language of publication for this study was based on previous research findings that indicated a lack of substantial evidence suggesting any systematic bias resulting from the restriction to English language in meta-analyses.”

We’ve taken biology’s biggest strength and flattened it by metaphors.

Cells aren’t machines, DNA isn’t software, and neurons aren’t circuits. Biology isn’t binary.

What breakthroughs will we miss if we keep mixing biology and silicon?
