The 2013 game has been completely redone to fit my current vision of traditional arcade game design. It's denser (more levels but less overall length), with better pacing, mechanics and a proper scoring system.

Never knew who Ron Moore was other than a name that popped-on TNG episodes until watching Outlander, thinking about how Trek-like they were, I looked him up and realized he was behind Battlestar Galactica. So many bangers in his wake. Highly recommend watching this podcast hosted by Katee Sackoff.

Never knew who Ron Moore was other than a name that popped-on TNG episodes until watching Outlander, thinking about how Trek-like they were, I looked him up and realized he was behind Battlestar Galactica. So many bangers in his wake. Highly recommend watching this podcast hosted by Katee Sackoff.
The Rebellion had so much better healthcare than the Republic for its active duty service members. Luke's artificial hand was so much better quality than Anakin's. A testament to how undervalued Anakin was to the Jedi Order.

Seems like this could be a strategy to actively deter foreigners from buying the Japanese version.
Japanese electronics companies: Do you have our point card? Okay, how about our credit card? No, oh you need it to pre-order a Switch 2. It’s to protect from resellers.
I have a credit card but not theirs as most won’t approve non-permanent residents. Good luck foreigners in Japan.

FYI for anyone using #Microsoft365: Your "Friends" at #microsoft will try to automatically charge you $30 more per year for them adding their AI garbage to your product. You can go into your billing and "downgrade" your service to what you originally signed-up for though, so yeah you should do this.

Confirmed that if you've had the @nintendo Switch Online Service for a year and it lapsed, you can sign-up again and enter the lottery for #switch2 It didn't allow me to enter it at first, then I signed-up again and it let me in.

I mean, nobody cared when they said they would charge 40% more to multilingual households in Japan. (Still doing it BTW) So yeah, this tracks 👍

If an American company did what @nintendo did in Japan and charged 40% more for a product with Spanish menus, there would be severe backlash. #switch2

#Nintendo's Japan strategy will not protect "Japanese" citizens from "foreign resellers". It will create resellers out of "foreign residents" who will buy the cheaper console not realising its limited abilities. They can avoid this by offering discount vouchers to residents who want language options

My concern is if I upgrade my Japanese eShop TOTK, will it steal the English Language from the purchase, or is the Japanese language limitation only for the console itself? Will I have an English Language option in-game? I set my consoles to English so my Japanese children have English exposure.

My concern is if I upgrade my Japanese eShop TOTK, will it steal the English Language from the purchase, or is the Japanese language limitation only for the console itself? Will I have an English Language option in-game? I set my consoles to English so my Japanese children have English exposure.
As a Tranzor Z fan in my youth, there were no toys available that I knew of, as import hobby stores were something I knew nothing about. However my next door neighbor friend had a Shogun Warrior of great Mazinger. Had to get this.
