As @quentinandre.bsky.social and @ulrichschimmack.bsky.social correctly predicted, I recommend sequential analysis: lakens.github.io/statistical_... I actually coined the term SESOI in my 2014 paper on sequential analysis.

Definitely skeptical but willing to dive in and see if I can be convinced this place is the future of biomechanics communication and discussions.
