Overall strength and fitness has increased with very little outward appearance change other than posture continuing to improve.

Decided to call this the "Cumulative Upkeep Challenge"

The plan is to do a daily progressive workout. Starting at 10 of each Exercise and adding 1 of each a day until I max out capabilities of each.
