TFW you let yourself run out of chocolate chips ('cause it's bad for migraines) & notice you have had neither chocolate nor migraine for four days (despite major stress).

Looks like I have to get more serious about NOT eating chocolate.🥲

I have to say that in times of EXTRA stress, I am really getting comfort from very basic, mundane tasks.

Like making tea.
