Surely it's time the SNP approach the pension companies holding the pensions of Scottish government and local council workers about investing in Scotland.

I was reading that some companies and government departments throughout the EU have taken to using open source programmes to stop paying the high licence fees of the likes of Microsoft etc.
Perhaps the Scottish government and councils should look into this for some savings.
