Contemplating the vastness of deep space and the universe we inhabit has provided an extreme perspective that I find soothing and surprisingly grounding at the same time.

In 2023, three states passed laws to prevent utilities from charging customers for lobbying, advertising, and other political influence activities. Customers have already saved hundreds of thousands of dollars.
