Trying my hand at @n0rtist.bsky.social 's Fakemon competition, #FT500

I'm submitting Perpetuoso, an objectmon inspired by perpetual motion machines and so-called 'biblically accurate angels'. Its moveset is a bit of a deep cut, borrowing the signature moves of the Fairy Starmobile and Gouging Fire!
Perpetuoso is a Fairy and Steel type with Serene Grace. It has base 99 HP, 120 Attack, 77 Defense, 50 Special Attack, 88 Special Defense, and 66 Speed. For the FT500 competition, I get to build a moveset for it. I'm going with the Clear Amulet item to block Intimidate and other stat debuffs. Its most important moves are Magical Torque, which has a 60% chance to Confuse after Serene Grace's boost to secondary effects, and Shift Gear, which doubles Speed and boosts Attack. Iron Head gives it a move with 60% Flinch chance after Serene Grace, great for use after setting up a Shift Gear or two. Finally, Burning Bulwark keeps the fakemon relatively safe if it's ever in a tough matchup. Burning Bulwark is a reference to how certain angels are traditionally depicted as 'burning with love for God'. A transparent image of Perpetuoso without its stats overlaid. The fakemon looks like a wheel-type angel with 6 metallic wings. Around the outside of the wheel are a series of eyes, each with its own personality. Inside the wheel are 6 golden marbles free to roll closer to or farther from the center of the wheel. Just like in a mythical perpetual motion machine, their shifting momentum keeps the wheel turning indefinitely.
