It’ll be 4 weeks tomorrow since I had pcdf with laminectomy. I’ve had 2 other neck fusions from the front that weren’t this rough of a recovery. This recovery is far worse. It’s a lot more painful and I actually have to wear a hard collar for 8 weeks. Im ready for a somewhat normal life again.

After some Costco shareholders asked the company to end its DEI policies, this was their response: “Our board has considered this proposal and believes that our commitment to an enterprise rooted in respect and inclusion is appropriate and necessary."

Being blue in red state Ky, definitely is not an easy feat. At least I can say, Lexington and Louisville will always (hopefully) be blue.
