Alright, runts! Relaunching this to go with the new changes I made in that art I did yesterday, which I pasted into the existing ref. Namely, the new panties (replacing the shorts and belt) and fishnets (boots will remain, but up to you on including them) I have now! Don’t disappoint me, runts!
Boosting this because, despite being my oldest OC, I really have never seen Chelsea drawn by anyone else, which is odd.
